M.O.R.E.'s Show Jeep is another ground up rebuild. This 99 Jeep TJ was also a salvaged title Jeep that has been reborn. This Jeep sports many of our TJ products: For protection we have our front RockProof High Clearance bumper, and on the rear we have our prototype RockProof bumper and tire carrier. Down the sides and back we have added molded 3/16" rocker panels with tube work and rear corners with flush mounted LED taillights. Inside we have our Bolt In Sport Cage along with front and rear MasterCraft seats. Under the hood we hold the 4.0L engine in place with our 1" lifted BombProof motor mounts. The rear axle has been upgraded with a Ford 8.8 axle with 4:88 gears and a Detroit. Up front we still run the model 30 with 4:88 gears and our Prototype High Steer kit . Allied wheel supplied us with a beautiful set of wheels that carry the 38.5-14.50x15 Swamper SX tires. And to keep the steering box from being ripped off the frame we have added our Steering brace. While this Jeep will see more trailer time then hard core trail time, we still test all of our products in the real world.

Everybody needs a test Jeep®, and this is our favorite "beater". It has seen years of abuse and is our CJ-7 that gets taken apart and ideas tried on several times each year. It is the CJ that we used to proto-type our S.R.S. "Buggy" Spring kit on, as well as our Long Travel Shock Mount Cage. It has a (newly rebuilt!), trusty AMC 4.2L six cylinder that is clamped in place with our BombProof Motor Mounts. The TH400 automatic trans was swapped in place of the 5-speed, & the Dana 300 T-case is stock. Tom Woods drive shafts spin the Dana 44 & 30 axles that have 4:10 gears and Detroit Lockers, which make this Jeep® nearly unstoppable! Old Man Emu YJ springs (with OME add-a-leafs) and RS9000 shocks, and a One Inch Body Lift, with TJ fender flares allow the 35x12.5R-15 Goodyear MT radials mounted on 15x10 alloys to clear the body " just barely". It will ramp close to a 1000 with the Quick Disconnects un-hooked, and still handles great. Beard's seats, lock boxes and a Bolt-In Sport Cage round out the interior. A RockProof Bumper, with a Warn® M8000 winch have been put to the test. The Steering Box Mount is our Heavy Duty unit, and Steering Brace keep the box clamped in place. This old "beater" is coming out of the dark ages and is now a real off-road machine . Stay tuned for up-dates on Jeep® CJ parts that are under development. After several trips with 1987 YJ, we wanted a 4.0L fuel-injected, auto trans equipped YJ in which to try some new products on, so we purchased this Wrangler and equipped it with the following:
Turbo City air tube with K&N filter, Borla exhaust, B&M trans cooler, Autometer trans temp gauge, Advance Adapters Atlas ll transfer case with 4.3 ratio, Tom Woods drive shafts with C.V. joints and long travel slip yokes. The rear axle is a Ford 8.8 (out of an Explorer) with disc brakes, 4.10 ratio, Detroit Locker, Warn® Full-Floating Kit, 5 on 5.5" bolt pattern. The stock Dana 30 front axle housing has been beefed up with 3" O.D. tubes, Detroit Locker, Warn® H.D. axle shafts and front hub conversion to 5 on 5.5". The suspension consists of Old Man Emu 2.5" lift springs on top of the axles. This gained us 8" of lift to clear the 35x12.50R-15 Goodyear MT/R's on 15x8 alloy wheels. TJ fender flares keep the muck off. The shackles are Lubeable, "Boomerang". Rancho RS9000's keep if from bouncing (13" stroke front, 10" stroke rear) and mount to our new Long Travel Shock Mounts. It flexes well enough with the JKS Quicker Disconnects and SlipLoc Trac Bar to score a 1212 RTI. Rear spring wrap is controlled with a custom traction bar (to be available soon!). A Warn 9500HS winch pulls it up anything that it can't climb and is mounted in a RockProof Bumper (new Proto-Type). Hella lights keep the road illuminated and several Tuffy lock boxes keep the tools and spare parts safe, and the Alpine stereo dry. A Bolt-in Sport Cage with optional center bars and padding, and Frame Tie-In Kit round out the interior. BombProof Motor Mounts keep the engine clamped in place. A Steering Brace keeps the steering box where it belongs and the Steering Correction Kit keeps it steering like stock. The new proto-type "Stubby" Shackle Reversal System gives it the clearance it needs for the rocks, and keeps it riding smooth and handling great. All bushings are Lubeable and the Bump Stops are Polyurethane.
Pictured here, on the 21 ROAD , in Grand Junction Colorado, . Photo on right was taken on "Die Trying" also in Montrose. These trails are the rated 5+ and require some serious equipment! Expect body damage and broken parts! Ya gotta love it!

This TJ is an everyday driver and still very off road worthy. It features a factory stock 4.0L engine, that is clamped in place with our BombProof Motor Mounts, a 5-speed trans, NP231 T-case with JB Conversions fixed yoke kit, and Tom Wood's Custom Drive Shafts. The Dana 44 rear and 30 front have 4.56 gears and ARB Air Lockers. A TeraFlex 3" suspension lift, and a M.O.R.E. One Inch Body lift, allow the 35x12.50R-15 BFGoodrich A-T KO tires on 15x8 wheels to clear. Extra wide flares help keep the muck off. The RockProof Bumper protects the sheet metal from damage. A Sport Cage fits inside nicely. The steering box is keep in place with our Steering Brace. This Jeep® handles great and flexes well with the help of the Quicker Disconnects. Pictured here on "Die Trying" in Montrose, CO. Also pictured on a recent snow trip to Battlement Mesa Trail, 30 miles from our shop.

Our newest TJ has a 4.0L, automatic transmission, NP231 T-case with JB Conversions fixed yoke kit and Tom Woods H.D. shafts front & rear, Dana 44 rear and 3:73 gears. We have installed a Skid-Row Automotive engine skid plate and a TeraFlex BellyUp kit. Our new "Torsion" Rubber BombProof one inch lift motor mounts and One Inch Body Lift complement each other well. The Old Man Emu 2" lift springs, and 1-3/4" coil spacers provide enough lift for 33x10.50R-15 BFGoodrich radial A-T KO's mounted on factory alloy 5 spoke steel wheels. Old Man Emu shocks smooth out the ride. The RockProof Bumper holds Hella lights for those night time 4WD runs. Our Sport Cage & additional overhead bars installed easily and has a full Pad/Cover Set, now available! JKS Quicker Disconnects, and new "proto-type" JKS control arms, keep the suspension flexing, and a Steering Brace clamps the box in place. We are currently working on several new and exciting products for TJ's, so stay tuned for updates. Pictured here near our shop, at our "Play Ground".

Our Cherokee is the newest Jeep® in our stable. It has the factory 4.0L engine and automatic trans, NP 242 T-case. A SkyJacker 8" Rock Ready suspension lift provides plenty of lift to clear the Sumper Swamper 36X12.50R-15 .BombProof Motor Mounts (new "Torsion" rubber style work great, without transmitting vibration to the body. The Prototype frt. bumper protects the body from all the bamby's on the road. A Steering Brace locks the steering box to the frame, and JKS Quicker Disconnects keep it flexing well. We just completed installing a Ford 8.8 rear diff (out of an Explorer) and it works great. We now offer a Installation kit for this fine swap! 4:10 gears and ARB air lockers finish off the drive train. We are working on a Steering Correction Kit for XJ's. Check back in our New Products section for up dates on M.O.R.E. fine products, soon to be released for XJ's. Pictured here In 21 ROAD And Montrose !
