Will the steps work for 2016 Chevrolet Colorado?
We do not know. We have not fit it for this application.

Looking a the hide a step for a 2021 ram 1500 Rebel. You don’t have any matches but looking at the truck and picture I think the Chevy step would work fine. I may need a short piece of angle or plate to use the bolts currently on the truck. Any advise or recommendations?
Sorry, We have not fit this for this application and dont know. If you did some modification or an addaptor plate it would work but as it is now I would say it wont work for you application.
