Warranty & Return Policy
M.O.R.E.™ "RockProof" Lifetime Warranty
All M.O.R.E.™ products purchased directly by the consumer from a M.O.R.E.™ Authorized Dealer / Distributor, are protected by a ROCKPROOF LIFETIME WARRANTY if the product fails to the original retail purchaser for as long as they own the vehicle.
Rubber, urethane and the product's finish (powder coat or other finishes), are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, but are considered to be wearable items and are not covered under the ROCKPROOF LIFETIME WARRANTY. Products that have been altered, modified or installed on vehicles other than those recommended by M.O.R.E™, damage due to improper installation, fire or accident, are not covered under the ROCKPROOF LIFETIME WARRANTY.
M.O.R.E.™ obligations under this warranty are limited to the repair or replacement, at M.O.R.E.™ discretion, of the defective product. All cost of the original installation, removal or reinstallation, consequential or incidental, or damages and shipping charges are expressly excluded from this ROCKPROOF LIFETIME WARRANTY.
No warranty product will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from M.O.R.E.™ LLC. You must provide a copy of the original receipt showing the name of the retail establishment that you purchased the product from, including the date and price paid. Then return the product, freight prepaid and insured, as instructed by the original M.O.R.E. Authorized Dealer / Distributor where you purchased the product.
Mountain Offroad, LLC Returns Policy
General Policy
Mountain Offroad, LLC accepts returns within 30 days of purchase for unused items, in original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required. Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards, custom products (e.g., powder-coated items and/or custom bumpers), electrical parts that have been installed, and open-box items. Modified or improperly used items are also not eligible. For international orders, all sales are final.
Return Process
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact us to request an RMA before returning items. Returns without an RMA may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or refused. Once received, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets return requirements. Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or as store credit if the payment method is no longer valid.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items. Partial refunds may be granted for items returned after the 30-day window or with missing components. Only full-priced items are refundable; sale items are non-refundable nor is apparel. Damaged items must be reported within 72 hours of receipt for replacement. If a prepaid return label is provided, its cost may be deducted from your refund. Refunds to credit cards or banks may take additional time to process, depending on your institution.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for defective or damaged items if reported within 30 days of purchase. Items can be exchanged for the same product only. To start the exchange process, contact us to obtain an RMA and return the defective or damaged item for inspection. Once approved, we will send the replacement product at no additional cost to you. If the product is no longer available, we may offer a refund or store credit as an alternative. Please note that items damaged due to improper use or installation cannot be exchanged.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring returns valued over $75. Mountain Offroad, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
Gift Returns
For items purchased as gifts and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit will be issued upon return. If the gift was shipped to the purchaser, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Unauthorized Returns & Undeliverable Shipments
Returns without an RMA or undeliverable shipments due to incorrect addresses or refusal may incur a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping costs for undeliverable packages will be deducted from any refund. International orders are non-returnable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged during shipping, report it within 72 hours of receipt. We may request photos to file a claim and will provide a replacement at no additional cost. For defective items, contact us within 30 days to arrange a return and replacement.
Order Changes and Cancellations
To modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. International orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.
