I thought it’d be bigger, but I still love it

"The install was more difficult than expected. You definitely need something to hold the plate (like tape) to secure the dead pedal. If you’re a bigger fella, just remove the front seat, trust me. Okay, the directions need updated and some install videos would be nice, but overall I’m happy with the experience. I wish the pedal had a little more length. An extra inch would be great (that’s what she said). The red powder coat is just lovely. I would recommend for sure."

Must have for your wrangler

"I have had my Wrangler for a year and knew that I wanted to add a dead pedal but didn't know who I wanted to go with since there are so many options. Should I go cheap and just grab one off Amazon? Should I go with the quadratec one? I never heard of this one until I did some research on JL forums. People acknowledged that it was a pain to install but that it was the best one on the market so I decided to give it a try. My jeep is a 24' so I needed to drill the holes to mount the dead pedal but luckily I had the necessary tolls to do so. Installing it isn't necessarily hard it's just the angle you have to be at and unless you remove your seat or you are extremely skinny you're going to have to contort your body to drill the holes and gets the pedal screwed in. Once I got mine installed it was extremely sturdy and my foot naturally lands on it while driving. This is certainly a modification I wish I did sooner."

Works great, Install not too bad

"Pedal is great. I’m 5’ 10” with a 30” inseam and the closest setting feels great. I like that you can put your foot under the pedal if desired and using the pedal feels natural and stable. Tips for installation on a 2024. 1) When drilling the holes in the bar tape the plate to the bar as a template and marker/center punch the holes. 2) I was able to drill the holes with a standard size 20v drill and 5/16 bit without depressing the brake pedal. The hole nearest the firewall took some interesting technique though. 3) Check the spacing of your holes with the welded bolt bar by putting it in opposite the final installation, adjust your holes if needed. 4) After installing the bolt bar behind the bar that you drilled stuff some rags between the boldt bar and the side of the Jeep. This will force the studs through the holes and allow you push on the plate without dislodging the bolt bar."

Perfect fit

"I found this to be a pretty easy install. I recommend viewing a couple of YouTube videos to help with the install. I used blue loctite thread lock on all the bolts. The dead pedal itself is perfect in my estimation. I like the fact that I have room under the dead pedal to stretch my leg and also I’m able to remove the floor mat when vacuuming. I used the nearest setting to the seat and I’m 5’8”. I believe if a person is 5’10” & above, the middle setting would be the one to use."

A Wrangler Must Have - Get it.

"I have put a M.O.R.E dead pedal in my 3 wranglers (2 JK’s and now JL). Jeep should have these from the factory. It’s the first thing I do when I get a new Jeep. The install is not nearly as hard as some claim. Took me 20 minute including time to unbox and gather tools. I have a 30” inseam and the middle position is perfect for me. Nice job M.O.R.E.!"
