With a minimum lifting height of 6 inches and a maximum lifting height of 48 inches, this jack offers a versatile range for various applications. The travel distance of 21.25 inches ensures smooth, efficient lifting (spec travel 21”). The lifting range spans from 6” to 48”, accommodating a wide range of needs. Compressed height is 35”, while extended height reaches 56.3”. At 25.5 lbs (11.6 kg) it’s lightweight and easy to maneuver, yet it boasts a maximum lifting capacity of 2000 kg (4410 lbs / 4,400 lbs). The system uses hydraulic mineral oil, with fluid capacity of 1200 ml, ensuring consistent performance.
Air bleeder valve — use, storage & maintenance
The Carbon Pro Jack features a silver air bleeder valve just under the black lowering lever with two positions: Lock and Unlock.
- While mounted / stored: keep the valve Locked. Fully compress the jack after use and store dry, away from moisture and water, to prevent the steel piston from rusting.
- When starting use: turn the valve to Unlock.
- Air Bleeding Process: the valve’s primary function is to bleed air from the system. Turn counterclockwise to unlock, then push the valve down when there is no pressure behind the handle until you hear air release. Bleed every 7–8 cranks so the jack equalizes properly.
Coating disclaimer
The finish on the jack is not UV-resistant and may fade or discolor with extended sun exposure. The coating is cosmetic and not covered under warranty. To preserve appearance, store in a shaded/covered area when not in use—prolonged sun and harsh conditions accelerate surface wear.
