Important Fitment Note
This Gen 3 Power Hub is not compatible with Optima batteries. Due to the shape and size of the lid, it will no longer mount between the battery posts on Optima batteries.
Smart Gen 3 Power Hub
The heart of the system is a smart battery combiner that connects and disconnects your cranking and accessory batteries automatically. When the engine starts, it charges the cranking battery first, then links both batteries in parallel so the alternator can charge them together. When system voltage drops below approximately 12.7 volts for about a minute, the combiner separates the batteries so accessories on the bus bars run from the Aux battery without draining the cranking battery.
Bus Bars for Clean Accessory Wiring
Integrated positive and negative bus bars make adding electrical accessories straightforward. Three stud sizes are available for heavy cables feeding a winch, air compressor, stereo amplifiers, or fuse boxes, while smaller ring terminals can be attached to the #10 screws for low amp accessories such as small LED lights.
Boost Switch and G Screen Port
The Boost switch gives you control when you need it: Auto mode manages the batteries based on voltage, On manually connects them like jumper cables to help start the engine, and Off separates them. A dedicated port allows you to plug in the optional G Screen Monitoring System with a single cable to keep an eye on your system status.
Heavy Duty Cables and Flexible Installation
The included battery cables use two gauge high strand count pure copper welding cable for maximum flexibility, conductivity, and durability. Pure copper lugs are tin plated to resist corrosion and are sealed with extra thick adhesive lined heat shrink. Because this Power Hub can be installed in many applications, you simply mount it securely, then run two cables to the cranking battery and two to the accessory battery; all other wiring is pre-done. Typical installation time is around two hours of labor.

The Power Hub can be used with any battery type as long as the cranking and accessory batteries are the same type. It can be mounted in any orientation in trucks, RVs, boats, or heavy equipment, including in wet areas thanks to water resistant components.
